System Administrator in Healthcare IT

Do you want to work with IT that makes a real difference? As a system administrator with us, you will help develop the digital tools that healthcare uses every day.

In this role, you will work to improve the healthcare system Cosmic based on the needs of the healthcare operations and the possibilities of technology. Through your understanding of healthcare workflows, you will contribute to solutions that make everyday life easier for both healthcare staff and patients.

You will work with several systems, with Cosmic being the largest. The work is done in smaller teams focusing on areas such as healthcare documentation, permissions, medications, printing, and orders and responses. An important part of the role is to ensure that the systems function properly and to support users by providing second-line support.

You will also participate in development projects and collaborate with healthcare operations and external suppliers. The needs of the organization and the daily work of users in the systems are always in focus. The position covers the entire region, and your placement will be in Kalmar, Oskarshamn, or Västervik.

About You

We are looking for someone who is interested in healthcare systems and digital development within healthcare. You have a post-secondary education in areas such as health and medical care, system science, or another relevant education deemed equivalent. We prefer that you have participated in projects or process work within healthcare, and if you have experience providing user support for systems or IT-related issues, that is an advantage. Experience with Cosmic and system administration is a merit.

You enjoy working in teams, take your own initiative, and work independently. We see that you are analytical, meticulous, structured, and have a strategic mindset where you identify new needs and adapt the systems to best support the processes of healthcare operations. You have the ability to see the big picture in processes and flows and enjoy solving problems. You find it easy to communicate in Swedish, both written and spoken, which means you are open, clear, and attentive in your communication.
